Katys Girl maintained the good recent run of trainer Oliver Brady when scoring an 11 lengths win in the Kinnegad Handicap Hurdle at Kilbeggan today.

Ridden by Mattie Bowes, the daughter of Pryus was well clear from three out and maintained her gallop to record a comfortable success over Paudi The Punter

Brady was not present for the win but his assistant Anthony McCann later stated “every time we thought she was right, we met with a setback. However she is an out-and-out stayer and now that she's improving there could be more to come from her – she finished second to Zaidpour once!”
