Knockmaole Boy followed-up on his win at Ballinrobe last week, as he took the Buy Online At TipperaryRaces.ie Handicap under Robbie Downey for Jim Culloty.

The consistent son of Echo Of Light was sent off at 5/2 this evening, with Windsor Beach the 2/1 market leader (7/2 last night and from 11/4 on-course).

Settled behind the leaders, the chestnut victor went second entering the straight, and was ridden to the front with a furlong to race.

He kept on well inside the final furlong, going to score by a length from the front-running Belclare Boy

The runner-up was returned at 20/1 under Robbie Dolan for Paddy Meany, while the aforementioned favourite was three parts of a length back in third under Denis Linehan for Johnny Murtagh.

Jim Culloty said afterwards: "They're probably not the hottest races he has won but they're competitive without being mad hot.

"It's a big help he goes on that ground. There's no obvious race at Galway but he might go to Killarney - the handicapper might push him above that 75 grade now."
