Look At Me a name to remember

Many thought the Irish Stallion Farms European Breeders Fund Fillies Maiden would be notable for the fact that Asheerah (11/4 into 15/8 fav) attempted to give Kevin Prendergast his 2,000th winner but that one had to settle for fourth behind the impressive Look At Me (easy to back) at Fairyhouse.

The Ballydoyle newcomer, with Johnny Murtagh up, weaved her way into contention from over a furlong out and once hitting the front inside the last she quickened well despite looking a bit green to prevail by a length and three parts from the other well-backed participant Shelley Beach (7/1 into 7/2).

Murtagh said: "She's a nice one that and showed a great turn of foot despite being very green. She is one of the nicest two-year-olds I've ridden this year and she has a big future."
