Jockey Wayne Lordan completed a double this evening when Maybe Grace came home in front of the Mill Tree Park Handicap.
Jessie Harrington’s charge took up lead from over a furlong out and stayed on well to score by a convincing two and a half lengths.
The Hawk Wing gelding is owned by Ladbrokes PR representative Hayley O’Connor.
Winning trainer Harrington stated: “I’m thrilled with that win. I think the step up in trip and the small field really helped and gave her more confidence.”
“Hopefully we’ll be able to pick up something similar along the line.”
