Seven pounds claimer Donagh Meyler partnered his third winner in five days at Cork today when steering the Eoin Doyle trained Swantykay to a 20/1 success in the Christmas Party Package Handicap Hurdle.
Meyler, who last month managed another trio of winners in six days, moved Swantykay to the front after the final flight and the pair then stayed on well for a length and a quarter win over Pilgrim Way
Doyle wasn't present and Meyler later stated "the others quickened away from him the last day and afterwards I said to Eoin to step him up in trip and he did it well today.
"He missed the third last but then winged the second last and after that I knew I had them covered."
