Miss Gorica made it a front running performance when taking the Naas Sprint Stakes Listed Race under an enterprising ride by Wayne Lordan.
Lordan who all was strongly pressed inside the final furlong but dug dip for Lordan close home to hold off Rain Delayed by a head.
Winning trainer Morgan said afterwards: “She’ll run in the Group three on Thursday at Leopardstown and I think she has a right chance.”
“She is in foal to Dylan Thomas, so we’ll keep her going she still has another three months left. She’s a brilliant filly with such a fantastic temperament.”
