Dylan Browne McMonagle doubled up at Limerick on Navagio (2/1f) in the Tote Download The App Handicap.

He kept Navagio wide in the straight and wound up his challenge as the pair hit the front a furlong from home.

They powered in by three and a-half lengths from Spanish Tenor (11/4). Cordouan (4/1) was a further two and three-quarter lengths away in third.

"I'm delighted with him and he was impressive. When the rain came I was delighted as while he seems to handle all grounds, he goes on soft ground and it seems to help him better," said trainer Ray Cody.

"He is a big raw horse and we put cheekpieces on today to help him concentrate as he can be a bit lairy. Dylan said he felt great though.

"He is big enough to jump hurdles and, long-term, that's probably where he will end up, although probably not for Ballygallon Stud (owners). He might be sold at the end of the year and he would make a smashing hurdler."

Browne McMonagle was earlier successful on Alazne for Joseph O'Brien in race two.
