O'Brien doubles up on Banners

Joseph O'Brien recorded a double on his first day without a claim when 22/1 shot Tribes and Banners took the concluding race at Dundalk.

Charlie Swan's charge was produced with a strong run over a furlong out to claim the mile-and-a-half handicap.

He stuck on well in the closing stages to post a length-and-three-parts success over Cinderella Story

The Bob's Return gelding is a decent sort over jumps but came into this with a rating of just 55 on the level.

"He had a nice each way chance as he's rated highly over jumps," said O'Brien. "Charlie said just to let him relax and take it from there."
