The featured Irish Stallion Farms EBF Fillies Handicap was won by the Brian Duffy-trained 8/1 chance Plume Noire

Lightly raced since landing a Bellewstown maiden in 2021, the daughter of Harzand was held up in mid-division before making headway from two furlongs out. She came through to hit the front inside the final furlong and kept on well to hold the late thrust of Touching Clouds by a head.

Winning rider James Ryan said: "I rode her once before at the Curragh last season. Joey (Sheridan) rode her on her first start this year and he said she needed the run.

"The lads filled me with confidence, they said she worked well last week and the first time cheekpieces today seemed to keep her mind on the job. That's my nineteenth winner and my second of the week."
