The Tipperary Lions Club Maiden Hurdle was won by Adrian Maguire's Western Rose ridden by Robert 'Puppy' Power for owners Pint & Chasers Syndicate.

Western Rose travelled well throughout and Power pushed his mount out into a clear lead after 2 out and kept on well to win by a comfortable 7 lengths.
