Shes Ranger supplied firsts for both trainer and rider when claiming the fillies median auction maiden at Dundalk.

It was a first Irish winner for Robson Aguiar and a first winner on the Flat for trainer Adrian Murray.

The Bushranger filly, sent to post a 20/1 shot, was produced to challenge over a furlong out by Aguiar and edged out Desert Dancer by half a length in the closing stages.

“She had a grand run here first time but was a big price as she was coming from a small yard,” said Murray.

“Robson has been riding out for me for the last six months and advised me to buy her in the spring. He thought she was a nice filly.

“A couple of us got together and bought her.

“This is my first year having runners on the Flat and she’s my first two-year-old runner.”

Aguiar also revealed that he had partnered over 100 winners in his native Brazil.
