Roseska wins opener at Tramore

Kevin O’Donnell’s charge Roseska took the opening race on this evening’s card, the Style At Tramore Festival Claiming Race after coming home in front in the hands of the capable Micky Cleere.

Kevin O’Donnell father of the winning trainer said afterwards, “She was bought in America as a yearling. She was bit disappointing at Wexford last week.”

“The plan is now to go for a three year old hurdle in Galway at the end of the month. She’s been well schooled at home.”

Julie Burke is fine after her heavy fall from Camden Princess who slipped up 3f from home.

There were no claims lodged for anything in this race.
