The Mouse Morris trained Elysian Rock ran out a 4 length win when taking division two of The Panoramic Restaurant Maiden Hurdle under Slippers Madden in the colours of Michael O'Flynn making it a double on the day for connections.
Morris stated afterwards, "He's a half brother to Venalmar. We got his wind done after his bad runs in bumpers on heavy ground. He can gallop and he did it well for his first run over hurdles."
The connections earlier winner came with Baily Rock running out a 1 3/4 victory of division 1 of The Panoramic Maiden Hurdle.
