Soul City impresses at The Curragh

Richard Hannon made a worthwhile trip over from England after he won The Parknasilla Hotel Goffs (C&G) Million with Soul City ridden by his son-in-law Richard Hughes and owned by Patrick Fahey.

Richard Hannon said afterwards, "He's a very nice horse, he's a genuine Guineas horse, very talented and everything we have asked of him he's come up trumps. He has a lot of scope for a two year old. He will be a lovely horse next year. It was a nice race to win but I hope it's not his Derby!"
