The John Oxx trained Tarziyna made it two from two for favourite backers at Killarney this evening as she took the Irish Stallion Farms EBF (Fillies) Handicap.

The three-year-old daughter of Raven’s Pass won her maiden by six lengths at Sligo last month and she then finished third behind Spring Focus on her handicap debut at Leopardstown.

Having touched 9/4 on-course she went off the 15/8 favourite and she was settled in mid-division on the outer under Declan McDonogh.

She took closer order in third as they raced towards the straight and she was ridden to lead two furlongs out, keeping on well inside the final furlong to score comfortably by four and a half lengths. Princess Pearlita was best of the rest back in second under Shane Foley for Mick Halford (drifted from 9/2 to 11/2 on-course) while Hannah's Magic (10/3 to 5/2 on-course) completed the placings a further half a length back in third under Fran Berry for Arthur Moore.

Declan McDonogh said afterwards: "I probably rode her wrong the last day. It was a walking race and I ended up in front.

"She was much sweeter in behind today and the ground was nice for her. She has always showed plenty at home, she is very willing and does her best."
