Tryst wins for visitors

Four British raiders turned up for the featured Winter Racing At Dundalk Handicap at Dundalk this evening with victory going to visitor Bajan Tryst for trainer Kevin Ryan.

The son of Speightstown came out best in a tight finish, eventually proving a neck too good for The Reaper

Ryan was not present but winning jockey Declan McDonogh did say “Bajan Tryst is very game and stuck at it well when they all came at him - he’s got a great attitude. When I rode him at York the last day the ground was on the easy side and he didn’t really like it, but he’s got a great action on the polytrack.”
