The well-backed favourites continued to collect at Tipperary tonight when Unrequited ran out an easy winner of the mile-and-a-half handicap for Ger Lyons.

The Authorized colt was a 4/1 shot this morning but returned 5/2 favourite after good support.

Leigh Roche produced him to lead two furlongs out and he scooted clear inside the final furlong with the pilot looking around for dangers.

He could afford to ease up in the closing stages for a two-and-a-quarter length victory.

The winner had been disqualified when first past the post at Wexford last August, after his rider failed to weigh-in.

"He was a winner without a penalty but that's all history now and we gelded him through the winter," said Lyons.

"Like all of mine he was ready for a day but should improve for it.

"He is nowt special but is a nice horse and will be a fun horse for the summer. He wants fast ground and a trip."

"He is a feminine type horse who needs to grow but should do so as he gets older and will have a future over jumps."
