Walsh and Enright double up

John Joe Walsh and Philip Enright teamed up to bag both divisions of the 2m5f handicap hurdle at Limerick when Big Jemmy got off the mark 'under rules'.

There were plenty in with chances at the second last in the 80-95 contest but it was Big Jemmy who had travelled well to take a narrow lead.

Enright found a willing partner as the Oscar Schindler gelding stayed on well in the closing stages to score by a length-and-a-quarter from Satwa King

"He's a fine big horse and he'll go chasing soon," said Walsh.

"Soft ground kills him. He's had wind problems and had a wind-op last year.

"He couldn't handle soft ground in his point-to-points but ran well enough in a better race at Fairyhouse last time."
