The Irish Stallion Farms EBF Median Auction Maiden saw a convincing winner in the Jim Bolger trained Purple Glow after she came home in front under Ronan Whelan.
Whelan pushed his mount to the front over one furlong out and the pair kept on well to hold off 5/4 favourite Catalpa Sail by a length and a half.
Ger Flynn who was representing the winning trainer stated: "She's a nice filly and Mr Bolger likes her a lot."
"Ronan [Whelan ] said she appreciated the better ground and she stayed at it really well."
"She is very well bred her Dam is a half sister to Easy Gor. We will now look for a bit of Black Type for her."
