Sky Lantern and Integral, first and second 12 months ago, are among 10 five-day confirmations for the Kingdom of Bahrain Sun Chariot Stakes at Newmarket on Saturday.

The Richard Hannon-trained grey got the verdict by a length in 2013 but has not reproduced that form so far this season and has been well beaten twice by Integral.

The Sir Michael Stoute-trained filly won both those races, the Duke of Cambridge Stakes and the Falmouth Stakes, but in turn, Integral has twice found Esoterique too good.

Andre Fabre's charge took the honours in the Dahlia Stakes and Prix Rothschild, and her trainer also has Prix de Sandringham scorer Fintry and Miss France, winner of the Qipco 1000 Guineas left in the Sun Chariot.

There is a fourth French possible in the Freddy Head-trained Thawaany, whose owner Sheikh Hamdan Al Maktoum is also represented by Etaab, from Williams Haggas's stable.

Charlie Hills reports Kiyoshi to be on course for the Group One after she returned to form with victory in the Sceptre Stakes at Doncaster earlier this month.

"At present Kiyoshi is on track to run in the Sun Chariot at Newmarket on Saturday and has been pleasing us at home since her Doncaster win," the Lambourn trainer told www.charleshills.com.

Brian Meehan's J Wonder, who was seventh in the Doncaster Group Three, and the Aidan O'Brien-trained Palace complete the list of acceptors.
