Darren Bunyan expects Chestnut Express to make her presence felt in the prestigious Matchbook Irish EBF Birdcatcher Premier Nursery at Naas on Sunday.

The filly took four races to get off the mark, but did it in fine style at Naas last month.

"She doesn’t want too much juice in the ground, so all being well it looks like the ground at Naas is going to be perfect for her," said Bunyan.

"She won her maiden at Naas so we know she handles the track perfectly and we are very happy with her at home."

He went on: "We believe she is a black-type filly, so you would have to think that she’ll be very competitive off 80 in the Birdcatcher.

"We haven’t really been able to train her at home because of the ground and it has been her racing on the track that has brought her forward a lot.

"We’ve seen the biggest improvement in her since Naas the last day and she’s been a different filly since."

Aidan O’Brien’s All The King’s Men is the highest-rated in the race with a mark of 98.
