Aidan O'Brien will be seeking to extend his record-breaking haul of Group One wins this year with Idaho in the Japan Cup on Sunday and the Ballydoyle maestro is keeping the home fires burning with Clear Skies, who bids for a hat-trick at Dundalk on Friday evening.

The Sea The Stars half-sister to Derby winner Motivator has come good in recent weeks on the Polytrack, winning a maiden under Padraig Beggy and last Friday a featured handicap in the hands of Wayne Lordan.

Both those wins came over the extended 10 furlongs and she sticks to that trip in the Crowne Plaza Jockey & Trainer Awards Handicap, with Donnacha O'Brien now taking over in the saddle.

The Prunella Dobbs-trained Carried recorded his fourth win at this venue last time out and should again go close, while Michael Halford is double handed with Rummaging and Miss Snossyboots.

Arbourfield has been another great servant here for Mrs Dobbs, winning for the sixth time at Dundalk earlier this month, and bids to add to that tally in the Floodlit Friday Nights At Dundalk Stadium Apprentice Handicap.

Oisin Orr takes the mount on the five-year-old gelding, and the recently crowned champion apprentice has a number of good chances on this eight-race card.

He teams up with the Gordon Elliott-trained Smiling Eliza in the Joe Wall's 70th Birthday Nursery Handicap, and the daughter of Rock Of Gibraltar has shown up well here on her latest two starts.

Orr also has solid claims in the Crowne Plaza Hotel Race & Stay Handicap aboard Arlecchino's Rock, with Its All For Luck and Tidal's Baby among the dangers.
