Gordon Elliott retains absolute faith in Don Cossack despite his reverse at Navan earlier this month.
The five-year-old carries a huge reputation and bolted up on his debut over hurdles at Navan in November.
Sent off at odds-on back at the same venue in Grade One company for the Navan Novice Hurdle, he was beaten when falling after the last as the Willie Mullins-trained Pont Alexandre made every yard in impressive fashion.
Elliott said: "He has come back great and although Willie's horse is very good we can put a line through the run.
"There will be other days and he might have his next run at the end of January or early February."
