Back on the Flat for the last two days of the Galway Festival and today’s seven-race card, beginning at 2.35pm, sees the ground described as soft following a dry night.

It’s set to be mainly dry today with a risk of light showers in the late afternoon (2-3mm of rain) and then mainly dry for tomorrow.

There’s jumping at Kilbeggan, and it’s yielding, good to yielding in places there with the first of seven races off at 2.15pm. It’s forecast to be mainly dry with a slight risk of showers later.

Cork’s ground is yielding for their N.H. card on Sunday after 2mm of rain in the last 24 hours. There’s a chance of showers today and it’s predicted to be mainly dry tomorrow.

Naas race on Bank Holiday Monday and their ground is yielding, soft in places after 11mm of rain since yesterday morning. There’s a risk of a further 4-5mm of rain today with the weather set to hold dry thereafter.

Roscommon race on Monday as well and, following 29mm of rain since entries, the going is now described as good, good to yielding in places (hurdles) and yielding (chase).

There’s a risk of showers later with 5-10mm of rain expected prior to racing.
