Venus De Milo is the sole Irish challenger in Saturday's Markel Insurance Nassau Stakes at Glorious Goodwood.

Aidan O'Brien's four-year-old was last seen filling the runner-up spot behind Thistle Bird in the Pretty Polly Stakes at the Curragh.

John Gosden is set to saddle both Sultanina and Eastern Belle as he goes in search of a third successive victory in the Nassau.

The master of Clarehaven Stables has landed the prestigious prize with The Fugue and Winsili in the last two seasons and has already tasted Group One success at Goodwood this week following Kingman's spellbinding Sussex Stakes triumph.

Sultanina found only stable companion Pomology too strong in the Lancashire Oaks at Haydock on her most recent outing, while Eastern Belle also steps up the highest level for the first time following a Listed-race victory at Newbury.

Sir Michael Stoute's Mango Diva earned her shot at Group One glory with victory in the Group Two Kilboy Estate Stakes at the Curragh less than a fortnight ago.

Ed Dunlop's Amazing Maria and Lustrous from Richard Hannon's yard complete the home team.

A seven-strong field is completed by Alain de Royer-Dupre's French contender Narniyn, who is back among her own sex having finished fourth in the Grand Prix de Saint-Cloud.
