This afternoon's scheduled meeting at Ayr where six Irish trained runners were set to race has been abandoned due to a frozen track.

The other turf meeting due to take place today at Uttoxeter was called off yesterday due to snow on the course.

Tomorrow's meetings at Hexham (frozen) and Leicester (snow) have also been abandoned.

Lingfield on the all-weather goes ahead today with the first race due off at 11.30am while the early-evening card at Wolverhampton has been called off following a 10am inspection.

The all-weather surface at Wolverhampton was found to be raceable but other parts of the course and enclosures are frozen and as a consequence the meeting has been abandoned.
