Ante-post market leader Bobs Worth is among 22 acceptors for the Hennessy Gold Cup at Newbury on Saturday.
Nicky Henderson's RSA Chase winner could be joined by stablemate Roberto Goldback in the field following his impressive debut for the Seven Barrows handler at Ascot earlier in the month.
Those are the only two set to represent Henderson with Burton Port not among the six-day entries. The Paul Nicholls-trained Michel Le Bon is another fancied horse who won't take his chance.
Nicholls' only remaining entries are top-weight Tidal Bay and Harry The Viking.
David Pipe's The Package, Alan King's Hold On Julio and Charlie Longsdon's Frisco Depot are also among the 22.
Frisco Depot gets in towards the bottom of the weights off 10-1 and Longsdon said: "He's a lovely horse. I couldn't believe he would be keen last time and he was keen for two miles. I hope he's learned from his fall - he's schooled well at home.
"Sam (Waley-Cohen, jockey) put up 2lb overweight last time when carrying 10-1 and I'd expect him to carry 2lb overweight again."
The Dessie Hughes trained Magnanimity, Irish National hero Lion Na Bearnai and the Mouse Morris trained First Lieutenant are all still involved while previous winners Carruthers and Diamond Harry could go for repeat wins in the race.
Newbury clerk of the course Richard Osgood told sportinglife.com: "We're currently Soft, Heavy in places and are due a little bit of light rain today. That should be the end of the rain for the week which is good, but it is getting slightly colder.
"There is the risk of a light frost and we'll cover the take-offs and landings as a precaution."
