Willie Mullins and Paul Townend were the men to follow at Wexford as they teamed up for a 38-1 double.
The County Carlow trainer is better known for his runners over obstacles but his first two winners came on the level as Lake An Lay and Tilabay obliged.
The first-named was sent off the 2-1 favourite for the Derrinstown Stud Apprentice Handicap and Townend did not have to be too hard on him to gain a three-length verdict over Mystic Mayfly
Townend also enjoyed an easy passage on Tilabay (12-1) as he prevailed by a length and a quarter in the Hook Head Maiden.
Mullins was denied a treble as market leader For The Staff could finish only second behind the Henry De Bromhead-trained The Hares Corner (14-1) in the A.I.B Maiden Hurdle.
The trainer was also out of luck with Red Cherub in the closing Baganbun Mares Flat Race as Moi Desire (4-1) landed the spoils.< Mac doni (8-1) finished fifth behind dual Festival winner Bahrain Storm at Galway last week but he went a few places better in the Whitford House Hotel (Q.R) Race.
Off the track for nearly a year before Galway, he showed the benefit of that outing as he came home three and a half lengths clear under Jamie Codd.
Trainer Mervyn Torrens said: "We will probably go down the handicapping route next with him. All he does is stay and we'll probably go for a handicap hurdle next."
Joanna Morgan was on the mark with 7-2 favourite Imperial Belle in the Martinstown Opportunity Handicap Hurdle.
Oliver Leonard, a member of the winning Carrigoona Syndicate, said: "She will mix it on the flat and over hurdles for the rest of the summer."
Chris Hayes was seen to good effect as he forced 6-1 shot Monahullan Prince home by a neck in the Rocklands Service Station Handicap.
