Following on from three bumper successes in the last three days, many will look to Noel Meade and Mark O'Hare as they combine with Famous Saying in the p2p.ie The Irish Point To Point Website (C & G) Point-To-Point INH Flat Race at Tipperary.

A son of the late Fame And Glory, Famous Saying joined Meade in mid-February after finishing second in a Bellharbour point-to-point for Pat Doyle.

Doyle always brings a nice four-year-old to that County Clare fixture, and on this occasion his representative went down by four lengths to the impressive Nicky Stokes victor, Envious Editor.

He went on to join Jessica Harrington for 195,000 pounds and started off with a fifth placing for her in a Punchestown festival bumper.

Famous Saying was picked up by current connections for 50,000 pounds, and Mark O’Hare will don the silks of Robert Watson aboard the youngster.

Watson's orange and green colours have been carried to some important victories, including by Texas Jack in Grade Two company.

Famous Saying comes up against some potentially useful rivals in his two and a quarter mile assignment.

For Rebel Fitz's owner and trainer, Brian Sweetnam and Michael Winters, Papal Present catches the eye after his Dromahane win from last month.

John Nallen has put many a good horse through his hands, so it is justifiable that plenty will row in behind his Lismore scorer, Minella Beat

Meanwhile, Willie MullinsBillaway has the benefit of previous racecourse experience and he can likely build on his Cork second placing to the impressive Judkin.

Mullins brings back Prince D’Aubrelle off a 949-day break in the Hotel Minella Maiden Hurdle. He is a three time bumper winner, including on his last outing, at this course in October 2015.

David Mullins rides Prince D’Aubrelle for his uncle. He is also aboard the yard’s other hope on the day, Bravissimo a big player in the Kedrah House Stud ‘Well Chosen’ Beginners Chase.
