Grands Crus and Hunt Ball are among 20 horses declared for Saturday's Paddy Power Gold Cup at Cheltenham.

David Pipe's grey is the 2-1 favourite with most bookmakers after a good novice campaign, but he disappointed when only fourth in the RSA Chase at Prestbury Park on his final start in March.

Hunt Ball aims to continue his progression for his popular owner Anthony Knott and trainer Keiran Burke after rising 88lb in the ratings last season.

Paul Nicholls has left in Poquelin, who has run in the last three renewals of the race, with a second-place finish behind Tranquil Sea in 2009 his best result.

Nicholls also runs Grade One winner Al Ferof and Aerial, who finished fourth at a big price last year.

Nicky Henderson has a strong hand with last year's runner-up Quantitativeeasing, Nadiya De La Vega, Tanks For That and Triolo D'Alene all representing Seven Barrows.

Last year's third Divers, Walkon and Henry Daly's novice Kingsmere are also engaged.

Tom Cooper's veteran Forpadydeplasterer, Casey Top and Questions Answered are the three Irish raiders.
