Trainer James Dullea credited winning jockey Brian Hayes for much of the success on his Indelible Run in the Join The 2013 Tramore Racecourse Members Club Maiden Hurdle at Tramore today.

Hayes dropped the daughter of Moscow Society in last of the six runners and waited until the second last flight to challenge. The pair kept going to edge ahead close home for a half length win over front-running Tobac Brun.

Bandon, Co Cork based Dullea, who has done well with a limited number of runners in recent seasons, later stated “Brian (Hayes) gave her a brilliant ride and did what I asked him to do – he waited and waited and wouldn't have won only for doing so. Brian was in schooling for us on Christmas Day too.

“I was worried about the trip for Indelible Run as she has a high cruising speed - I'll probably drop her back in trip now and she could mix it between hurdling and chasing.”
