Today's meeting at Naas goes ahead following an early morning inspection.

Officials decided yesterday to call an inspection for 8am this morning due to the threat of severe weather.

The first on a seven race card, featuring the Grade 2 Woodlands Park 100 Club Novice Chase, gets underway at 1pm and the going remains heavy.

Meanwhile there will be an inspection at 2pm this afternoon to determine whether tomorrow's meeting at Fairyhouse can take place.
