The two chase races will go ahead at Leopardstown following an inspection during racing, although three fences will be omitted due to ground conditions.

Officials decided to have a look at the chase track following snow and sleet showers during the afternoon.

However the second fence after the stands, together with the third last and the last fence, will be omitted due to waterlogging.

Mini-hurricane no obstacle to The Fly

Hurricane Fly completed a hat-trick of wins in the Irish Champion Hurdle wins at Leopardstown today, readily defying atrocious weather conditions at the Dublin venue to win the BHP Insurance sponsored event for trainer Willie Mullins and jockey Ruby Walsh.
