Charles Byrnes has yet to make a final decision on whether Solwhit will line up in the Ladbrokes World Hurdle at next month's Cheltenham Festival.

Despite being sidelined for the best part of two years by injury, the nine-year-old built on a promising comeback run behind Bog Warrior at Punchestown with an impressive victory at Naas.

While Byrnes is not ruling out a tilt at the World Hurdle on March 14, he is more keen to wait for the Aintree Hurdle in April.

"We're not really any closer to making a decision about him," said the Co. Limerick trainer.

"He's back in work and cantering away. At the moment I would say I'm leaning towards running at Aintree, but I need to discuss things with the owner and see how the horse is."
