That was some ride, pure balls!. We were disappointed with him the last day at Bellewstown and, while the ground was lovely, it wasn't quite soft enough for him. He went to sleep and never travelled but I prayed fro rain last night and Shane gave him a hell of a ride. He needs a strong pace and you have to be brave on him . He deserved the win.

He's a fine big horse and just took time to come to hand, time and patience has been the key to him. He could have won a beginners chase here two runs back when he fell at the third last and to win a hurdle with him is a bonus as he's a proper chasing type.
