Ennis off the mark with impressive filly
she missed the break and ran very green on her debut. I knew she had come on a lot from that run. She is a full sister to Hoh Mike and Danny (Mullins) thinks she is up to Listed Class. She shows so much speed at home I was a little worried that she might not see out the six furlongs. Her whole family wanted cut in the ground so I was very pleased to see the rain today.
Alexander Youth wins for Wachman/Lordan
She is a filly I really like. She showed an awful lot last year, but with the recent rain I was toying with the idea of withdrawing her this evening. Ideally she would love the hear her hooves rattle. We will now be chasing a bit of black type with her.
In foal Deauville Vision takes Listed Stakes
she is so much better with ease in the ground, so I was delighted when the rain came. Rory (Cleary) did a great job on her, she is not the easiest of rides and he got her settled early on. She is in foal about a month and I think that has been a big help to her form.

Marias Dream provides Coogan with rare Curragh Success
Final Approach takes finale
He handled the ground well and was entitled to have a good chance on his previous run at Naas. I will look for a handicap for him back here over the Derby weekend.
