He did it well and he's bound to come on a bit (first run in 178 days). He'll go down the novice route. Austin was also on leading-up duties on this occasion.

He did it nicely. Davy said he blew up after the second last so he didn't knock him around. The plan is the Racing Post Hurdle at Cheltenham.

I'm delighted with that. We've been a long time waiting on it. On his flat form he was entitled to win but he has been frustrating over hurdles. We'll see what the handicapper does and we'll try and find something similar. He probably wouldn't want heavy ground. Robbie was very good on him, he was very patient. He doesn't want to hit the front too soon as he has a habit of pulling himself up.

He was impressive. He jumps quick and he does everything quick. We'll keep him to the novices and see how he gets on.

That's great. She's progressing and we don't know what happened last time. I have a suspicion that she flipped her palate as she stopped quickly. She's such a brilliant jumper and she travelled well over that trip. We're delighted now that she's not in foal. We'll look for something similar in a couple of weeks time and we'll freshen her up.

We thought he was useful. He did everything very nicely at home but he'd never really been asked to do anything. That was my only worry. He did three pieces of work and he got better and better so it wasn't a surprise. The owner, Christy McDonnell, spends a lot of his time in Canada. He brought the mare (Owen Mc's dam, They Call Me Molly) back from Canada and I think she bred one winner before that Jonjo (O'Neill) had. We'll probably keep him to bumpers. It looks the right thing to do and he'll certainly run in one more anyway. He didn't have a hard race, with his pace he was able to sit, pick them up and do it easily.
