Stucker Hill That was great. Paddy O'Hanlon and Seosamh Murphy own him. Paddy is a veterinary surgeon from Abbeyleix, while Seosamh, who also bred him, owns the Castle Arms Hotel in Durrow. We are only a small outfit and they are all needed,.

Stucker Hill she won a point-to-point in Westmeath with Jamie Codd and she’s taken a while to adjust to the hurdles but she’s not too bad. Seosamh Murphy, the co-owner and breeder, sadly lost his dear dad last week. (The other part owner) Sarah Ann O’Hanlon’s husband Paddy, who is our vet, is an uncle of Danny Mullins. Hopefully we’ll find something over Christmas and she would prefer softer ground than we had today. She stays well.

Bitsandpieces He is a talented kind of horse but is rigid and is a boardy type. He fell on his second run over fences. The ground was beautiful today and being a horse with a bit of age, like ourselves, might have aches and pains and it was easier to get through it today. He (Torrens) gave him a great ride; I told him to give him plenty light and hunt him around and enjoy yourself and he did that. His suspensories got jarred after he won at Tipperary and he had one run last year but we had to let him off again as my horses were sick. He's a fella who could turn up again and do a job and he could go over fences now.

Roaring Bull That's grand to get it out of the way. He is a horse who was a little disappointing last season but has got a lot stronger this year and he might go chasing now. It's grand to get his head back in front as he had been disappointing last season. He'll be ok.

Mount Pelier He had two solid runs at Leopardstown and Naas. Navan might have been a run too much for him at the end of last season so we didn't mind that. He grinded it out there today, he is a three-mile horse so you'd be delighted to get a bumper win with him. I'm not sure whether he'll go for a winners' bumper but I'd say he will be in his comfort zone over three miles in novice company. He is a brilliant jumper. He had a run over hurdles the first day at Punchestown and ran a lovely race, so he will have no problem going back hurdling now straight away. He is a good, honest, genuine horse.

Sizing Rome That was the plan all along, to come here today on a galloping track over three miles on that kind of ground,. Jamie gets a great tune out of him and we'll keep going as long as the ground is like that. The Potts always liked having winners at Punchestown and the family still want to have winners at Punchestown. They had a lot of big days here in bigger races than this but it's nice to win another race for them of any description. He was well in today in a low grade race and he's going to have to step up a bit the next day. He either will or he won't but I wouldn't be surprised if he has a winters grass ahead of him and he might come back next spring. He's a big strong narrow horse. We might look at next spring and try and win something similar again, see if he can pay his way and keep everyone smiling. Tom Dreaper, representing

Full Cry It was a super ride from Hugh and he rode him exactly to instructions. He needs a good strong ride and you have to keep at him the whole time. I’m delighted for the lads (Garristown Aintree Syndicate). He was third in the Midlands National but a bit disappointing that he’s not won this year up until now. They are nearly all Dubs so they have done a lot of celebrating over the last few days. We’ll enjoy today and look for a similar type contest in the near future.

Lakemilan I'm delighted with that and a little bit of improvement from Galway was going to put her right there. This was the target for a long time to get black-type with her and to win was fantastic. It was a smashing pot and in fairness she has been very consistent but not the easiest to train. She tries her best and any time you have a horse who tries, you have a chance. She is progressing and if she gets into the weights for the E100,00 two miles handicap hurdle she could run there next. It might come a little soon but if she comes out of it ok, that's where she'll go.

Mill Quest She keeps winning. On her run in Galway she was entitled to win this. I'd say we'll probably be going jumping fences sooner rather than later off her mark - she is only 105 over fences. I'd say we will have to go jumping fences, she has the size for it. She is probably going to get another 7lb there so we will have to go jumping fences.
