Diamond Eyes She has a lot of speed, she's a very speedy filly. She's very straight-forward and absolutely loves her job . I wouldn't mind a barnful like her!. Alan rode her very well at Dundalk and I said to him then just to make use of her as she's very straight-forward. We had an awful draw there though and if she hadn't been drawn so wide she would have won first time out. We were confident today. The ground was a slight concern but I walked it when we arrived and I was happy enough. We'll probably try her in a fillies listed race now, I think a lot of her.

Geological I'm delighted, that's his eighth win up here. I think the winter in Dubai did him the world of good. We'll probably go for the big seven-furlong handicap on Champions Weekend again. Hopefully the handicapper isn't too hard on him as it was a tight finish. When they headed him I thought we were in trouble because it is riding slower. This place, with the sun on it always rides a bit slower and then we have the new surface settling in so I thought it wouldn't be ideal. He knows where the line is and knows this place better than any of us. He's the best I've had. It was Cash Or Casualty at the start who was the first winner and won nine for us but this lad's just taken it to another level. He's taken us to Dubai and is competing here off 98. He's unreal. He's eight years young and still has the enthusiasm, long may it last.

Youceeyouceecee It was a bit of a shock but Billy (Lee) did fancy him as our horses weren't right a couple of weeks ago and ran terribly. I was worried the ground was too fast but they went some pace on it. He is a paddly, bad mover but when they get a bit of age, they know how to mind themselves and the minute he started passing horses, he was flying it. We are running out of options as he is getting old but this is brilliant.

Diamond Kut He has had an awful lot of problems and has had a couple of runs in three years. He has had every problem - leg trouble, kissing spines and cracked bones, everything. He is a fabulous big horse and was a smashing horse to get when we got him and we were hoping for big things as he always worked well. The owners have been very very patient and today was only partly repaying it. Hopefully this might only be the start and he could go on and win something else. He has a handicap mark and he shouldn't really get anything for that. Hopefully he'll be alright in the morning, that is the main thing. Hugh rang last night for the ride, a couple of other lads also rang, but riding Henry's (de Bromhead) and making the running in races was what swung me to him, as I wanted someone that had an idea what he was doing out in front. This horse is very hard but he gave him an intelligent ride.

Kastasa It was her first run back. She had a very busy and highly successful year last year and the plan had always been to start her today. She'll go for the Stanerra, in about three weeks time, a Group 3 at Naas. The race wasn't really run to suit her there but class is class. She'll improve from that run too. Horses like her usually don't win impressively or by big distances but they keep winning.

Sharp Focus He's a great horse and did it nicely; he ran a lovely race in Leopardstown the last day but the trip might have been a little short for him and he was caught for toe early on and stayed on,. He might go to Galway next - we'll see how he comes out of this first. representing

Lalipour I'd say the track suited him, as it's a big galloping track. It's nice to get a winner for James Power, he's a good owner. He's a horse that could go hurdling again.
