Arcanears he's very game. He's had a couple of very good runs this year without having much luck. He always seemed to get a bad draw. He got galloped on top of one day in the Curragh and got the hind legs cut off him, we lost a good bit of time with him. We just ran out of time on the grass and the last day in Naas he came home well. I knew he had handled the surface here before. I'm delighted for Carol (Roper), she's been a great owner for us over all the years. She's so patient and the horses mean so much to her so I'm thrilled for her as she bred him as well. We'll keep going with him. It suited him tonight as they went very fast, took him off his feet early but he came home well.

Pak Army he ran over hurdles in Gowran the last day and got a dirty cut behind which held him up for ten days or so but he loves being fresh. He seems to love here and we’ll definitely be back again. Rory said he won well and galloped away well to the line. He won over a mile and a half here before. He has plenty of boot and I’m delighted with that.

Warnaq I’m delighted as she was knocking on the door in a couple of Listed races and it’s nice to eventually get her head in front. That’s my first Listed winner.

Summer's Dream That was great. It's a good job they put on this meeting for us. We are getting a raw deal with these sort of horses. She's never run a bad race all year and would have run a lot more if she had got into races. She has to have a cut in the ground. She's honest and tough. It's great to get a win with her before the year is out. This was her last chance I'd say. I'm not sure if we'll get another chance on grass and I'm not sure if she's a Dundalk filly. We may try it but I think she prefers grass. She's improving all the time and she has a great pedigree so if we can win a few more she'd make a grand broodmare.
