Formula One Shane said he wasn't going to argue with him so he just left him on,. Hopefully that'll act as a big confidence booster for him and it'll be on to Galway and Listowel. The soft ground is key with him.

Nope .She ran well in Naas and it was an education,. She reared coming out of the stalls but she was still quick away and she did it well. Shane said he got a bit of a breather into her turning in and she ran to the line. She's a nice filly and I think she's probably a six furlong filly, whether she'll get seven I don't know.

Leo De Fury That was great. You are always a bit frightened when they win a maiden easily, you are never quite sure what they've beaten. It's great to get that out of the way. We'll make a plan now. Shane said he'll stay a mile-and-a-half. I'd say he'll head up to stakes company now and we'll see where we go after that. He was impressive. He looks like a stakes horse and I hope he is. He's only had the two runs and he'll only improve. Shane said he was a bit green still.

Claim The Lady I'm delighted to get his head in front. He's been knocking on the door and his maiden form when third to Anthony Van Dyck last year, and this year behind Buckhurst, was good. Now that he's got there I think he'll come on from that. He seems to have got a lot stronger in the last month which has helped him a lot.

Cool Vixen She ran well in a barrier trial here and Niall said she knew what she was doing. The barrier trials are a great help, and the little bit of rain just took the sting out of the ground which probably helped the two of them. In the spring we thought we had a nice bunch, and then they took a bit of a dip when the weather was bad at the beginning of May. We had to sit and wait with them and now they have come back. The colts need to pull their socks up now! I’ve only had a few of them placed and they need to start to win.

Dame Kyteler We always liked her last year but we had to get her wind done and she took ages to get back after it. It is great to get her head in front today. That ground was far too quick for her and she'll be a much better filly on slower ground.

Millisle They're flying and long may it last. Jessie liked her. Jessie and Shane have kept saying that there are a load of fillies that have been working well and it's trying to find slots for them all. Obviously it's not easy coming here to run without experience but as you can see she's very straight forward. She bounced, travelled and finished it out well. She's obviously pacey, she's quick and it's a good start. I'm not sure where the boss will go with her now but she has been quick at home and does everything well. She's very relaxed and settled, she's another nice filly. For a period of time we wondered whether we were in trouble because we thought they can't all be good but as it's turning out it looks like a lot of them are quite good. They seem to be a very good bunch and there are a couple to run in the next couple of weeks that will hold their own as well.

Albigna She got there in the end. Shane said she was outpaced throughout the race and she'd never been so fast in her life but when she got going she was good,. Her class got her there. I thought she was going to be nowhere but then suddenly she took off. It's very bad for my heart!. I've got some nice fillies and I'm very lucky to have them. We'll find races for them. She'll definitely step up to seven, she's not going to go six again, and even at the end of the year she might go a mile. She's in the Moyglare. They are lovely fillies and they will all be three-year-olds, they are bred to be three-year-olds - which is great. I took the punt on Monday and supplemented her. I hadn't got her in this as it had actually closed the day before she won her maiden here. It was money very well spent and it's great when it works.

Leo De Fury Shane said he didn’t come down the hill that well but he gave him a chance and got him organised. I don’t have him that long but we think he’s a nice horse, and it’s lovely to win with him at this meeting. I think he’ll go on improving and he is one to look forward to.

Windracer She was great and the barrier trial definitely helped her. Shane said she winged the gates, she’s a very big filly and he just let her use her stride. They were racing from a long way out but she stayed well and was going away at the end. I entered her for the Moyglare yesterday, and she might go for the Debutante (before that). It’s the first horse that I’ve had for (American owners) Stonestreet.

Trethias Shane said she just needed that strong gallop. She just loved it and she’ll stay further. She relaxed and did everything right today. Today is the first time she’s put everything together. She got no run in Navan at all and everything went wrong, and then the last day probably things just didn’t go right either. Today everything went right. She had a good break since her last run and we’ll head now to the Oaks (on July 20th). She's beautifully bred as she's out of a half-sister to Dar Re Mi. She'll make a beautiful broodmare. She's now finally done what I thought she could always do.

Xcite We are delighted with her and she deserved that win. She is a big filly and is just starting to fill her frame,. Hopefully it's onwards and upwards with her. She might go for a handicap now. She has a beautiful page and is only improving. It would be lovely to get a bit of blacktype with her. Mrs representing
