The French bred was slowly away but he cantered to the front before the last and eased away for a four length victory over Chronomatic.
Mullins said: "The owner, Frank Doyle owns the arboretum in Leighlinbridge. He has had horses with myself and Willie in the past. This horse has shown ability in the past but then he went off the wall a bit. We brought him to a horse dentist, Tom Fleming in Dungarvan, and he fixed him up. I hope he'll be a Galway horse. If the handicapper doesn't go too mad with him he might win a couple of more races."
Condon is schooling at Willie Mullins' on Tuesdays and Thursdays, Joanne Morgan's on Wednesdays and at the Curragh on Fridays.
This race sadly saw the demise of County, who fell at the last.
