Guineas Breeze Up & HIT book out

The sale features 122 two-year-olds in training that will breeze on the Rowley Mile on Thursday May 3rd and 65 lots which make up the new ‘Horses in Training’ section of the catalogue.
The Horses in Training section is headed by the Marco Botti trained Group 3 winner Fanunalter and Group 2 placed Marcret as well as the multiple Group placed filly Mary Fildes who holds a German 1,000 Guineas entry.
The catalogue features two-year-olds by leading British and Irish based stallions including Acclamation, Cape Cross, Dalakhani, Danehill Dancer, Exceed And Excel, High Chaparral, Invincible Spirit, Medicean, Oasis Dream, Peintre Celebre, Shamardal and Singspiel, whilst top European and USA based sires represented include Bernstein, Distorted Humor, Elusive City, Henny Hughes, Johannesburg, Speightstown.
Classic and Group 1 winning first crop sires also feature prominently including Curlin, Duke Of Marmalade, Mount Nelson, New Approach, Ramonti, Sakhee's Secret, Tamayuz and Street Boss whilst successful first crop sires of 2011 Dark Angel, Dutch Art, Red Clubs and Sir Percy all have two-year-olds from their second crops catalogued.
The largest consignment comes from Con Marnane’s Bansha House Stables with 16 two-year-olds catalogued whilst Willie Browne’s Mocklershill is represented by nine lots.
The Guineas Breeze Up will see all horses breezing from 9am on Thursday, May 3rd and videos of the individual lots breezing will be posted on the Tattersalls website shortly after the breeze.
The sale starts on Friday, May 4th at midday with the 65 horses in training to go under the hammer followed immediately by the 122 two-year-olds in training.
