QIPCO 2,000 Guineas gamble Most Improved will face 12 rivals in Thursday's Novae Bloodstock Insurance Craven Stakes at Newmarket.

Brian Meehan's Lawman colt was third in the Dewhurst on his final start as a juvenile and has been backed into 9/2 from 25/1 for the first Classic of the season.

Kieren Fallon will take the ride.

Richard Hannon is triple-handed in the race with Campanology and Crius joining Trumpet Major in the field.

Godolphin rely on Mighty Ambition with Michael Bell's Born To Surprise set to be ridden by Jamie Spencer.

John Gosden's Eastern Sun, Charlie Hills' Forgotten Hero and William Jarvis' Beaufort Twelve are other interesting runners.

Miblish, Minstrels Gallery, Ptolemaic and Rayvin Black complete the line-up.
