The winning son of Cape Cross won his maiden on the fourth time of asking at Dundalk in October before running a cracker to finish second to the progressive Sharestan in the Irish Lincolnshire over the course last month.
The 4yo gelding was ridden to challenge a furlong out and hit the front inside the final furlong.
He kept on best from there to beat Sharalam under Chris Hayes winning by three parts of a length at the line.
Midnight Music, who was the third choice for punters at 9/2, finished a further three and a half lengths back in third for Pat Smullen and Dermot Weld.
