Making her sixth appearance over fences, the seven-year-old occupied a slot in a breakaway group of four for most of the way and shared the lead jumping the second-last before being sent on by Bryan Cooper.
The 4-1 shot soon had the race in the bag and wasn't hard pressed to ease home by 17 lengths, with Gerdalia making late progress to take the runner-up spot.
Hughes had already won the Moate Handicap Hurdle with Glenbarrow (7-1), who has not been back long after a three-year absence. He was always up with the pace, scoring by an easy four and a half lengths under a back-from-injury Roger Loughran.
Gordon Elliot's charge (8-11 favourite) ran into trouble when an odds-on failure last time and the jockey wasn't taking any chances, sending him on four from home and holding the peristent challenge of White Feathers by a head.
Condon completed his brace when the Gillian Callaghan-trained Coldwinters, who hadn't set the world alight in his previous runs and was returning from a 10-month lay-off, took the Greville Arms Hotel Handicap Hurdle.
Champion jockey Davy Russell, getting off the mark for the season, sent her on approaching the third-last and she was pestered all the way home by Ballyadam Approach before seeing him off by half a length.
