Paul Carberry made every effort to take avoiding action on Foildubh, who was the only danger, but he was unseated and the way was left clear for Mark Walsh to drive Like Your Style (12-1) to victory by half a length over long-time leader Belle Brook.
Walsh and Mullins picked up a modest amount of compensation when 1-2 favourite Lambro tucked away the Madra Irish Dog Food Chase without much fuss.
The seven-year-old asserted on the turn into the straight and though there was a minor scare when he wasn't too clever at the last, nearest pursuer Action Master fell and Walsh was able to ease over the line nine and a half lengths clear of Slieveardagh.
The 14-1 winner, ridden by David Casey for trainer John Coleman, who sponsored the race, stuck to his task gallantly on the run-in and was a nose to the good as he flashed across the line alongside the favourite.
Pat Hughes's improving Caduceus (4-1 favourite) won for the third time in four outings this season when he stayed on strongly to account for long-time leader Miss Pepperpot by three and a quarter lengths in the '3' Pat Taaffe Handicap Chase, despite Paul Townend losing his whip going to the final fence.
