After race at Downpatrick Sat, 13th Jun, 2026 (1st)  He won here the last day, same with the mare (Joya Del Mar), and they seem to like it around here. Once he gets his head in front, he seems to enjoy it. That's a big help when you enjoy the place, he seems to like the hills. I fancied him today, so it was great. Maybe so (build upon that elsewhere), but they all love running in Downpatrick!. It is great for the two ladies that own him and stuck by him. He had a few stinking runs, but he seems to be back in form. We'll see what the handicapper does, but we'll keep him going. I knew coming here he was in good nick, though. Dermot Anthony McLoughlin

After race at Downpatrick Fri, 8th May, 2026 (1st)  First-time blinkers obviously, we just said we would try them. We just changed the headgear as he seemed to lose a bit of interest, so we just said we would put them on him. I'd say that is probably the difference in him. The ground was a help - he ran in a bit of slower ground the last two times and it didn't suit. He didn't enjoy it and obviously today he enjoyed it and he kept going well. He (McKenna) said he just took off with him, he said he jumped super and travelled well. He got a lead and utilised it, and kept going. Dermot Anthony McLoughlin

After race at Wexford Wed, 6th Aug, 2025 (1st)  he ran well the last day here over two-miles and the step-up in trip helped today. They've done a great job again with watering and the slower ground seems to help him. We will keep popping away with him and see what the handicapper does. He is an honest horse and kept galloping there. He is rated lower over hurdles, so we also have that option. He is owned by two ladies (Anne McCartan and Frances Smyth) from Tyrone and they are not here today unfortunately. Dermot Anthony McLoughlin

After race at Gowran Park Sat, 5th Oct, 2024 (1st)  He seems to be happiest jumping and galloping so that was the plan to have a go again today. He jumped and travelled well and Paddy said he gave him a breather turning-in and away he went again. Paddy comes in riding out for me one day a week. He'll go on soft ground but not on the extremes. It is great for the ladies (owners Anne McCartan and Frances Smyth) who are from the north but missed the last day he won. Dermot Anthony McLoughlin
