Formscan - Le Cold Grey showed plenty of promise in a couple of bumper outings earlier in the year and a wind operation is likely to help on his hurdling bow. Bold Step finished second on his first go over timber at Hexham and that form has been boosted by the winner continuing to progress. That being said, the claims of BAILLY'S COMET are hard to ignore. A half-brother to multiple Grade 1 winner Romeo Coolio, he placed in a Listed bumper at Cheltenham on New Year's Day and a summer break will have done him the world of good.
