Kalsman A nice performance. We always thought he was a good horse. He just had a wee slight hiccup last year, so we gave him a year off. His comeback run (sixth in Downpatrick) was quite good when he made the running and just got tired the last 50 yards. Today worked out fine, Caragh was good on him. Caragh rides a lot of work for us and, a small team like us, we have to repay the people that are good to you. He has schooled over fences and we will probably put him over fences next. He would be a nice horse to go to England with - Willie (Anderson, owner) likes a weekend away in England. He loves the good ground. |
